Spring today, Summer tommorrow

Spring came so fast and then it was over! Everything bloomed and before we knew it, it was 90 degrees!The tulips only lasted a couple of days!The nectartine tree bloomed........and the plum tree too!

Should get some fruit this summer!

Hunting For Eggs!

Buffy and Karlie ended up staying another week so Scott could join them. Just in time for the Easter Egg hunt!

Ready, Set, Go!

Oh, there's one! Karlie found lots of eggs! What's inside? - peppermints, jolly ranchers and bubblegum!

Just Being Silly!

Everybody needs to be silly once in while! These are just some random moments caught on camera!

Here Mark and Karlie are dancing to "Walks Like an Egyptian" and doing some egyptian dance moves. Shall we do our nails together? What color should we paint them?

Then Danny and Buffy microwaved some marshmellow easter bunnies! Watch what happens next!You only have to nuke them for 30 seconds or so. Then they start to grow!As they cool, they shrink and become flat. Poor bunnies!!Karlie and Grandpa playing in the tree. The Easter Bunny Came Early to Susanville

Since Karlie and Buffy were going to be leaving before Easter, Grandma Barbie decided to celebrate early.

We colored Easter Eggs too!I don't need one of those plastic egg dippers - it's easier this way!Grandpa is checking on the progress!Even Uncle Mark joined in!Uncle Mark is just too cool!Look at my hands!All done!

Animal Farm

One day we took Buffy & Karlie to Tara's out in Janesville to see Alpacas. I had never seen one either - so I wasn't quite sure of what they were. Kind of like llamas but a lot smaller. If you make one mad, they will spit at you! Yuck!!!! Some people raise them for the wool and some pepole, like Tara, show them at the fair. FYI - Buffy's fingers are deep in the alpaca's wool!

Then we had to check out the rest of the animals. There were goats and horses. Even a little horse just Karlie's size!Here is a vide of Karlie having a horseback ride!
