Playing With Karlie and Her New Toys!

After Christmas, was the fun of playing with all the new toys and games. Here Karlie is playing Hungry Hippo with her friends Katie and Morgan!Even though Karlie got a lot of toys on Christmas, Grandpa Danny took Karlie shopping and they found a flying Tinkerbell!
Look! It really works!It can also be a little scary when it flys into your face!!

While we were visiting, Buffy decided we needed to rearrange Karlie's playarea off the dining room to make room for the dollhouse. There is lots of room for Karlie and her friends to play now!We also took Karlie to see Alvin and the Chipmunks - the Squeakel (sp?). She was disappointed when it was over so when we got back to Buffy's, Grandpa Danny watched the DVD of the first Alvin and the Chipmunk movie with her.T.V. Buddies!Even Mom and Grandpa play with Karlie's toys after she went to bed!

Santa Comes to Karlie's House!!

For some reason, Karlie slept in til 800am that morning! Not sure what to expect as she peeks around the corner! Santa came!!!! Look, the cookies & carrots have been eaten and the milk has been sipped on!
First, Karlie opens her gifts from "Ho Ho"!

Santa brought me a fuzzy phone - just like I asked him to! What is this? A dollhouse from Grandpa Danny & Grandma Barbie!

"It's taller than me!" A baby bath and changing station!

There was a house full of relatives - Grandpa Danny, G.G. (Great Grandma Nikki) and Uncle Travis and Aunt Krystal (not in this picture)

And Grandma Barbie, Uncle Mark and Grandpa Danny (again!)

Getting Ready for Santa

Buffy said Karlie could open one present on Christmas Eve before going to bed. So Karlie opened up her Zhu Zhu pet hamster. They are very hard to find - they are the "it" toy this year. They make hamster sounds and run on the floor just like a real hamster. Buffy was able to get one from Wal-Mart. They were being held behind a counter and one per customer!

"I love you!"
They make all kinds of accessories too. Hamster balls, tunnel tubes, beds and even coming out with clothes for them this spring. Grandma Barbie and Grandpa Danny were able to get a hamster bed and blanket. So Karlie got to open another gift!

These are Karlie's Christmas PJ's. Grandma Barbie found these at the store. How true it is!!!!

Then Scott and Karlie put out the Magic Reindeer food.
Then it was time to set out the cookies and milk for Santa!

And some carrots for the reindeer too!
After Karlie went to bed, it was time for Santa's elves to make an appearance!

This year, Grandpa Danny and Grandma Barbie bought Karlie a 3 foot tall dollhouse! All ready for Christmas morning! I think Karlie is one lucky little girl!
