Happy Late Thanksgiving!
Just taking a break for few minutes from all the Christmas hustle to post these pics. The day was a beautiful and warm 60 degrees. We invited Bob and Tia and Mark over for Turkey dinner. Danny decided to try to barbecue the turkey this year. He is such a good chef - maybe he should open a restuarant some day!!
Danny decided to try and use the smoke box that I bought him. You place wood chips inside and it is suppose to give your meat a smoky flavor.

As you can see by the pics, it came out perfect. It was nice and crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.
